I’ve was a customer for 4 years they used to be very helpful and friendly.Few days ago I order new filter (was wanting to change the whole package as the tap started to leak but he never answer the call)The man wasn’t very helpful! And doesn’t answer the call or reply to text. I asked him few times to send the link how to change the filter as I forgot how to do them. Never hear back.They may be busy but very rude not to answer the phone or reply to text when you in business!

Great service and prompt installation.Water taste so much better now.It has hot and cold water, so no more kettles/jugs on the kitchen bench top is a bonus. Highly recommend.

I got the quote, we discussed the date we were both free and then within 3 hours I have my water filter with both steamy hot and cold water installed and done. We were given the choice to get the cord through the tabletop or the sink, and they did the job perfectly. I can taste the difference in the water- just extremely happy with it all. Thank you! See you in 6months for filter change!
